I have to admit.. I'm addicted. I have made three rugs so far and plan to make a million more! You're DVD was most informative, very easy to follow and helped to teach me to make them just right. I have since shared it with my mom who is also loving the rug making. We have been discussing the idea of selling them on consignment in a couple of our local "country/craft" shops. You can only make so many for your self and for gifts and then you have to find a way to share them so you can keep making more! Thank you for sharing all your knowledge of rug making. It has truly opened up a new world to me!

Hi there. I made your beautiful teal colored rag rug and love it. I did notice that there is a small difference from the under side to the upper side, but was reassured by your quick e-mail response back to my question that this is ab solutely normal. I was very pleased as I did not really want to take it ALL apart and try agian. By the way I love making rag rugs. I find it very relaxing.

I bought two of your kits and the rugs turned out great! I used scraps and made a rag rug to use under our dog water bowl. I would like to make more rugs, but find a BIG problem. The rugs slip and slide, which could present a falling hazard. Any one have a solution?

I would love to win one of the beginner kits. I've been thinking about crocheting with fabric, but it seems like a lot of work to get the fabric ready, and expensive to buy the things needed to crochet rag rugs. I am disabled and have been since 1995 and my husband lost his job 2 years ago and we just don't have the extra money now to do anything, for sure not for me to just TRY a new craft. I ordered my first kit about 2 years ago and since then, I've been going to the Goodwill store finding old sheets and other items that I can use to make rugs. It takes some work getting the cloth ready, but it is so rewarding when I get another one finished. I LOVE them!! Thank you for introducing me to rag rugs. It reminds me of when I was a very young girl and a close family friend taught me how to braid rugs. She purchased the wool, cut it and then ironed every piece of it. They were a lot of work, but so beautiful. These rag rugs are so much quicker and easier to make and I think of her every time I work on my rag rugs. Thank you.
